At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, a hotel chain with over 50 years of experience, we are looking for a **Technical Services Officer** for our **Hotel Montanyà**, located in **Seva (Barcelona)**. **What will your daily responsibilities be?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned facilities. * Conduct tests and inspections according to protocols to ensure safe operation of equipment and infrastructure. * Monitor water, electricity, and gas consumption, reporting incidents to your supervisor. * Provide technical support to guests and staff for the safe use of equipment. * Use tools, materials, and PPE appropriately, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Record incidents and report any anomalies affecting hotel operations. * Comply with safety procedures and applicable regulations (Occupational Health and Safety and Legionella). * Maintain and uphold the brand image and values in all your actions. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training in Electricity or a related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in general hotel maintenance or similar environments. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance. **What do we offer you?** * Full-time position. * Permanent contract. * Real **growth** and **development** opportunities within SHR. * **Exclusive benefits** for employees: discounts at our properties, health insurance, banking agreements… and much more!
