This is an operational leadership position within an organized, demanding, and stable kitchen environment, where each member contributes to the smooth daily service execution. Your Role * Directly support the Executive Chef in organizing and executing daily service. * Coordinate the kitchen's operational functioning during service. * Maintain order, quality, and consistency across all stations. * Serve as a key support to ensure service is executed correctly and efficiently.
