Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative/IT Specialist with experience in administrative management of subsidized training and a passion for technology to provide comprehensive management and technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of state-funded training calls (SEPE/FUNDAE) 2. e-Learning administration (Moodle) and basic technical support 3. At \[Your Training Center Name], we are looking for a key Administrative/IT Specialist to join our team. Your primary mission will be the comprehensive management, technical support, and administrative oversight of state-funded training calls (SEPE / FUNDAE), ensuring the smooth operation of our courses—both online (e-learning platforms) and in-person. State-Funded Training Call Management: Automation, notification of course starts/completions, documentation management, and course justification via official platforms (FUNDAE, SEPE, etc.). e-Learning Administration (Moodle or similar): User registration, student enrollment, course configuration, resolution of basic technical issues reported by users (students and instructors), and monitoring of activity logs. In-Person Training Management: Attendance tracking, preparation of computer labs, management of teaching materials, and evaluation minutes. Student Support: Administrative and technical assistance and tutoring throughout the training cycle to ensure an excellent user experience. Internal IT Support: Basic maintenance of center equipment and optimization of internal databases. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position
