This role is designed for someone who does not wish to remain theoretical but rather enjoys going down to the shop floor, working alongside operational teams, and helping transform the way work is performed at the production level. Your mission will be to drive continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment, ensuring that Lean methodologies are not merely tools but a way of working.
