This role is designed for someone who does not wish to remain theoretical but rather enjoys going down to the shop floor, working alongside operational teams, and helping transform the way work is performed at the production level. Your mission will be to drive continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment, ensuring that Lean methodologies are not merely tools but a way of working. Your Responsibilities - Promote implementation of the continuous improvement system in the production environment - Facilitate improvement teams, GAP analyses, and Lean workshops (5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Hoshin, etc.) - Define and monitor KPIs jointly with area managers - Support preparation and execution of improvement pilots and workshops - Train operational teams and supervisors in Lean methodologies - Standardize processes and continuous improvement methodologies - Participate in internal audits of the improvement system - Identify resistance to change and help practically address and redirect it - Promote the Kaizen philosophy on the shop floor Your Typical Day - You will work closely with production and area managers - You will spend significant time on the shop floor, not only in the office - You will see how the improvements you propose are implemented and generate real impact - You will have room to propose, test, and adjust What We Are Looking For - Technical industrial education or equivalent experience as a mid-level supervisor in an industrial environment - Industrial organization or Lean Manufacturing training is desirable - 1–3 years of experience in similar roles - Familiarity with manufacturing environments, preferably in the meat industry - Knowledge of food safety (BRC / HACCP) - Familiarity with meat industry processes, products, and operations - Knowledge of industrial machinery - Proficiency in Lean tools - Basic computer skills (MS Office) - Intermediate level of English Personal Profile - Responsible and committed individual - Strong communication skills - Ability to manage conflicts and change - Time management and organizational skills - Results-oriented and focused on tangible improvement What We Offer - A stable position within an established industrial environment - A role with direct impact on processes and results - Autonomy and influence capacity - Continuous learning in a real production environment Salary Conditions - Approximate salary range between €30,000 and €35,000 gross per year - To be assessed based on experience and fit for the role Process managed by Fixior – Personnel for the Industrial Sector Publication date 16/12/2025 Requirements Qualification Desirable Requirements Mandatory Other requirements
