MISSION Your mission is to achieve the quality objectives required during the different operations, guaranteeing compliance with instructions and procedures so that they are carried out effectively and appropriately. OBJECTIVES \- Optimize procedures. \- Detect improvements, plan them and follow up to implement them. \- Ensure product quality. Quality area: \- Carry out preparation operations for conducting tests to control raw materials and products. \- Perform routine analyses of raw materials and products at all stages of the production chain. o Densities. o Moisture contents. o Temperatures. o Control of bag weights. o Control of pallet weights. o Determination of organic matter o Coordinate analytical controls with external laboratories \- Take responsibility for quality controls: o Control of volumes of substrates produced. o Control of weights in packaged goods. o Monitor production according to instructions/planning (there is a physical and digital folder). o Ensure composting piles are in the planned composting process. o Measure moisture and temperatures of the piles. o Remove non-conforming products. o Conduct fly control. \- Record data and prepare technical reports of the tests performed. \- Know and apply technical standards UNE\-EN, NTJ, MTDs... \- Act at all times according to established safety, hygiene, quality and environmental regulations and ensure compliance. \- Carry out and monitor instructions (there is a physical and digital folder). R\+D area: \- Participate in the various projects carried out by the department. \- Follow up on R\+D tests. \- Update labels, technical and safety data sheets. \- Supervise plant processes Production area: \- Plan and carry out monitoring of pre-established instructions together with the Production Manager. \- Identify possible improvements in the production department. \- Ensure the proper functioning of the area. \*It should be noted that due to company needs and evolution, functions may change and be updated. As it is an SME, it may be necessary to perform tasks corresponding to a lower-level position. * Experience 2 years.
