Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator or handler to perform production operations, carry out equipment adjustments, and lead format changes, contributing to continuous improvement and safety. Part of a collaborative team undergoing transformation **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Perform production operations according to established sequences and quality standards. * Carry out roll changes, splices, material replenishment, and equipment adjustments. * Lead and support format changes following defined SOPs. * Transport goods and maintain a tidy and clean workplace. * Complete production documentation and conduct sample controls and inspections. * Identify and report incidents, implement contingency measures, and participate in continuous process improvement. * Comply with safety regulations, use equipment and PPE correctly, and contribute to sustainability and waste management. **Your Profile** ---------------- * Technical vocational education (medium-level qualification). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a machine operator or handler in consumer goods manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of GMPs and regulations for manufacturing sanitary products. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal skills. * Experience operating forklift trucks (valid license is an advantage). * Proficiency in using computer tools and production control systems.
