The selected candidate will join the technical team responsible for supporting the development, management, and continuous improvement of the technological systems serving the organization. Their primary objective will be to contribute to Sumar’s digital transformation, ensuring efficiency, security, and quality of technological processes. We are looking for a person with analytical capacity, initiative, service orientation, and collaborative working skills, committed to the organization’s mission and values. **Requirements** The candidate must have experience and competencies in the following areas: * **Supplier selection**, including technical evaluation of proposals and coordination with external companies. * **ICT Project Management**, from initial planning through execution and closure, ensuring achievement of established objectives and deadlines. * **Gathering functional and technical requirements**, collaborating with various organizational departments to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions. * **Functional analysis** of processes, with the ability to identify improvements and optimize workflows. * **Tendering processes**, including preparation of technical documentation and supervision of compliance with regulatory requirements. * **Drafting technical and functional specifications** for public procurement and tenders, ensuring quality and coherence with organizational needs. * **Administrative task management** arising from ICT-related contracts with the contracting authority. **What We Offer?** **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8–5 p.m. (with flexibility regarding start and end times). **Contract Type:** Permanent contract. **Salary:** €30,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments. **Education:** Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, ICT, Information Systems, or Information Technologies. **Experience:** Prior experience in similar roles. **Desirable:** Experience in the public administration sector. **Competency Profile:** We envision a professional with an approachable communication style, empathy, assertiveness, and ease in teamwork.
