Summary: We are seeking a Content Creator and Community Manager fluent in English to create and energize content for the brand's social media channels, working closely with the Creative Director. Highlights: 1. Creation, production, and publication of attractive visual and written content. 2. Close collaboration with the Creative Director on content strategies. 3. We aim to incorporate into our creative team the position of CONTENT CREATOR AND COMMUNITY MANAGER, requiring fluency and proficiency in English, with the primary mission of creating, producing, editing, publishing, and energizing content for the brand's Social Media platforms. We offer: \- Initial 6-month contract, with potential for indefinite employment \- 40 hours per week, on-site \- Working hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday \- Salary: negotiable based on candidate profile, following completion of the initial selection screening \- Professional growth within a highly dynamic environment \- Immediate start Key responsibilities include: \- Close collaboration with the Creative Director to plan and develop brand content and social media strategies \- Creation, production, and publication of attractive visual and written content aligned with the brand and company communication guidelines \- Planning, execution, and monitoring of communications \- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and generating fresh ideas to capture audience attention \- Maintaining smooth communication with various departments across the company * Minimum 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with at least two years of experience and demonstrable skills in creative writing, video, and photography. Prior experience or proven alignment in any of the following fields will be viewed favorably: toys, crafts, children's audience, parenting, pedagogy. * Bachelor's Degree * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Desired qualities of the candidate: \- Proficiency in English \- Experience and practical skills with content creation and social media management tools \- Knowledge of audiovisual editing and post-production \- Creativity \- Familiarity with engagement measurement tools \- Understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram \- Organizational and time-management skills (multitasking) \- Attention to detail \- Computer literacy \- Agility and flexibility \- Residence near the company’s location in Empordà (Girona) * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Intensive work schedule * Additional information: \- Possibility of indefinite employment after successfully completing the first 6 months \- Immediate start \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. \- Professional growth within a dynamic environment with international projection
