We need to hire a Technical Architect to join our After-sales Department. You will be responsible for addressing department incidents and improving service management efficiency. Main responsibilities: - Conduct site visits to assess project status and detect potential issues. - Evaluate and prioritize incidents reported by clients or internal teams. - Coordinate and monitor repairs with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring quality and deadlines. - Maintain close and professional communication with clients and manufacturers, explaining actions taken and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. - Provide direct support to the team leader in planning and optimizing after-sales department processes.
