Our focus is customer orientation, and our goal is excellence. **What We Expect** ----------------- The primary mission of the Electrical Engineering Department Manager is to coordinate, organize, and prioritize the electrical engineering team’s work according to project workload, target deadlines, and production needs. We seek a professional with a solid background in industrial electrical engineering, comfortable working across electrical design, automation, regulatory standards, and technical project management. Particularly valued is a proactive individual capable of understanding the complete product and oriented toward improving both technical solutions and departmental work processes. **Main Responsibilities of the Position:** * Assign tasks and responsibilities within the department, ensuring proper tracking of deadlines, technical quality, and objective achievement. * Provide technical support to the team in decision-making, resolving queries, analyzing incidents, and defining solutions. * Supervise and review work performed by the team, ensuring consistency in technical criteria, documentation, and internal standards. * Participate in departmental resource planning, identifying capacity, training, tooling, or new staffing requirements. * Support and train new hires, facilitating their integration into company processes, tools, and technical standards. * Drive the team’s technical development by identifying training needs in regulations, CAD tools, automation, product, or internal processes. * Foster communication, coordination, and collaboration within the team and with other departments such as mechanical engineering, production, procurement, quality, planning, and project management. * Conduct periodic progress tracking of assignments, anticipating bottlenecks, schedule risks, or workload issues. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, technical documentation, and reduction of recurring errors. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or similar, with at least 10 years’ experience in a comparable role. * Experience in industrial electrical design and EPLAN Electric P8\. * Knowledge of industrial electrical components: protective devices, contactors, safety relays, sensors, frequency inverters, PLCs, HMIs, and control systems. * Knowledge of industrial automation, especially Siemens, Schneider, or other PLC manufacturers. * Ability to interpret technical regulations and customer specifications. * English language proficiency level C1 **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in the lifting sector, escalators, elevators, industrial machinery, or capital goods. * Experience with SAP, product configurators, or bill-of-materials management. * Experience in product standardization and continuous improvement. **Personal Competencies** * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Proactivity in identifying risks, proposing solutions, and documenting technical decisions. * Technical leadership and ability to prioritize and manage workloads. * Ability to coordinate and motivate teams, manage conflicts, bottlenecks, and shifting priorities. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Permanent contract and integration into a stable and sustainable sector. * Opportunity to develop your professional career within a multinational company with locations worldwide. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including a 30-minute lunch break and flexibility in start/end times).
