Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * **Preventive Maintenance:** Performing scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment service life. This involves supervision, lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and replacement of worn components according to established plans. * **Corrective Maintenance:** Promptly and efficiently diagnosing and repairing malfunctions occurring in machinery and facilities. This requires accurate identification of root causes and implementation of effective solutions. * **Technical Inspections:** Conducting periodic inspections to detect possible anomalies or wear that could lead to future failures. * **Collaboration with Production:** Working closely with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure process continuity. * **Spare Parts Management:** Participating in managing inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance, reporting replenishment needs. * **Continuous Improvement:** Proposing and implementing improvements to maintenance procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with current occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. **Job Requirements:** To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years of demonstrable experience** in similar industrial maintenance roles, preferably within the plastics sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity, and/or hydraulics. Experience operating plastics-sector-specific machinery is an advantage. * **Competencies:** Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, proactivity, autonomy, and teamwork.
