At Cromology, a leading company in the paints and coatings industry, we are looking for **a Quality Control Team Lead** who wants to make an impact in a collaborative, diverse, and innovative environment. **Your Impact at Cromology** With your contribution, you will ensure compliance with specifications and the quality that defines our products. **️ What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** **Product Control** * Perform established analyses on manufactured products, verifying compliance with defined technical specifications. * Define and propose necessary adjustments based on historical manufacturing results and R\+D department guidelines. * Collaborate with the area manager to identify trends and improvement opportunities to optimize formulations and production processes. * Conduct microbiological controls on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Identify obsolete or missing patterns, proposing their update or replacement. **️ Documentation and Administrative Tasks** * Record and maintain up-to-date data derived from performed controls and analyses (manufacturing history, control statistics, etc.). * Archive control cards, product histories, and raw material analysis reports. * Issue certificates according to defined formats. * Manage and archive retention samples. ️ Laboratory Maintenance * Supervise the general condition of facilities and laboratory equipment. * Ensure proper functioning of analytical instruments and equipment. * Carry out the established calibration plan for analytical instruments. **Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Project Management** * Develop and empower your team, promoting continuous learning, delivering constructive feedback, and supporting individual and collective growth. * Align strategy with execution by setting clear objectives, anticipating needs, and ensuring communication that mobilizes the team toward results. * Act as a cultural role model and agent of change, driving best practices, fostering an ethical and inclusive climate, and contributing to building environments of trust. * Lead and monitor cross-functional projects as part of continuous improvement and positive organizational impact. **What Do You Need?** * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in similar roles, preferably in an industrial setting. * Availability to work **central shifts.** * **Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation**, with attention to detail and a focus on quality. * **Communication and collaboration skills** within multidisciplinary teams. * A **proactive attitude** and eagerness to learn, with interest in developing within a dynamic and technical environment. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience managing teams * Vocational training in Analytical Laboratory and Quality Control or similar * Knowledge of colorimetry **What Do We Offer?** * A career with opportunities for **professional development** at a market-leading company * An **inclusive and collaborative work environment** that values diversity * **Permanent contract** * **Competitive salary**, aligned with your experience, and **benefits** that support your well-being both inside and outside of work.
