Job Summary: We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to reinforce the food and beverage department, attending to and serving customers, performing Key Points: 1. Hospitality training and professional experience 2. Communication skills and teamwork 3. Intuition and improvisation abilities Hapimag Mas Nou Resort is located 7 km from the town of Platja d'Aro, in the heart of the Costa Brava. The resort features 190 apartments, a restaurant, a pool bar, a wellness area, a café, a supermarket, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a mini club. Our resort seeks an open-minded, service-oriented individual to reinforce the food and beverage department as a **Waiter/Waitress**. **Your responsibilities:** * Attending to and serving customers at the restaurant and pool bar * Setting up the restaurant and pool bar (mise en place) * Handling various billing and payment procedures * Complying with all hygiene and HACCP regulations * Ensuring orderliness in the restaurant * Ensuring cleanliness of glassware and cutlery **Your profile:** * Completed hospitality training or equivalent qualification * Several years of professional experience * Very good knowledge of German and English * Good knowledge of Spanish * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team * Intuition and improvisation abilities **We offer:** * Full-time employment contract * Salaries above the collective bargaining agreement * Fixed-term intermittent contract * Meals provided during working shifts * Discounts on your holidays at any of our Hapimag resorts worldwide * 30% discount on food and beverage services at all our Hapimag resorts worldwide Employment type: Full-time Salary: €1,550.00–€1,650.00 per month Benefits: * Meals provided at the workplace * Language courses offered * Free parking * Training program * Uniform provided Work location: On-site employment
