We are looking for a Cleaning Team Leader for Industrial Cleaning to lead our team in Celrà (Girona). This role is key to ensuring optimal hygiene, compliance with sanitary standards, and motivation of a team of 9 people dedicated to daily operations in high-level food environments. We are seeking personnel to carry out agri-food cleaning. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team of 9 cleaners, assigning tasks, rotations, and necessary resources to cover production areas, packaging, and common areas in food plants. Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP, IFS, BRC Global Standard), including internal audits and preparation for external inspections. Conduct periodic facility inspections to verify cleaning effectiveness, identifying and correcting deviations immediately. Manage inventory of supplies (disinfectants, specialized cleaning equipment) and request restocking, optimizing costs and minimizing waste. Train and motivate the team: deliver training sessions on industrial cleaning techniques, machinery handling, and safety protocols; resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative work environment. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance, incidents, and proposed improvements using digital tools such as Excel or management software (training will be provided if necessary). Collaborate with other departments (production, quality) to minimize disruptions in the production chain and adapt to demand peaks. * Experience 1 year.
