The primary role will be carried out in the operating room, where the nurse will assist the medical team during various surgical procedures. Key responsibilities will include preparation of the workspace, organization and management of materials and instruments, and direct collaboration with the surgeon during procedures. Flexibility to adapt to different surgical specialties and the ability to work in an organized and effective manner under high-demand conditions will be highly valued. Solid knowledge of hygiene standards, patient safety protocols, and medical equipment handling is expected. Continuous professional development—including updating knowledge and acquiring new competencies in surgical nursing—will be an essential component of this position. An annual remuneration between 38\.150€ and 40\.000€ is offered, along with a continuous training plan to support professional growth. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years as an operating room instrument nurse. Nursing qualification, and, if required, corresponding official recognition.
