A mechanic advisor is needed for an automotive workshop in Mataró. Main responsibilities include thorough preparation of customer visits, ensuring all necessary documentation for appointment management is ready. Additionally, the role involves monitoring workshop jobs, managing substitute vehicle bookings, and coordinating car reception. The position also includes continuous customer follow-up and preparation of detailed estimates. Other important tasks are internal and external inspection of vehicle conditions. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift between 08:30 and 18:30, including corresponding legal breaks. * Customer service experience required. * We are looking for a proactive and responsible person. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * .\- Basic knowledge of English. * Training related to automotive sector is valued.\- Completed ESO.
