Take charge of all tasks required for the proper functioning and maintenance of the estate: private house, rural houses, lake, garden, etc. 1\- Gardening maintenance tasks on the estate, such as mowing, pruning, etc. 2\- Maintenance tasks for rural houses (minor construction, plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc.) 3\- Exterior maintenance and cleaning tasks for rural houses (garbage collection and container cleaning, barbecues, leaves, etc.) 4\- Lake maintenance tasks (algae cleaning and boat cleaning) * 5 years of experience. Experience in minor construction, plumbing, gardening, and carpentry—knowledge essential for effectively carrying out maintenance work on the estate, lake, rural houses, and garden. * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written proficiency) * Competencies / Knowledge: Advanced expertise in minor construction, carpentry, plumbing, and gardening * Vehicle availability: automobile * Driver's license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Other relevant information: Living on the estate where accommodation will be provided.
