Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant with experience in cold kitchen operations for the preparation, handling, and preservation of cold foods, plating, and general support to the team. Organization and maintenance of the work area A restaurant in Llagostera requires a kitchen assistant to perform cold kitchen duties. Permanent contract with split shifts: midday/afternoon and night shifts. Two and a half days off per week. Working hours: 12–4 PM and 7–12 AM. A vehicle is mandatory to reach the workplace. Preparation, handling, and preservation of foods that do not require hot cooking or are served cold. Plating and assembly: Prepare and present cold dishes, desserts, and cheese or charcuterie boards following the chef's instructions. Food cleaning: Wash, peel, and cut raw ingredients while ensuring hygiene. Preservation: Properly store and organize products in refrigerated chambers and refrigerators to prevent cross-contamination. Cleaning and order: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area, including countertops, utensils, cutting tools, and cold kitchen refrigerators. General support: Collaborate with other kitchen team members (grill, griddle) on auxiliary tasks as needed. * 12 months of experience.
