MANDATORY: 2 years of experience, qualification as a technician in restaurant services, basic English language skills to work in multicultural environments, understanding of Turkish cuisine, and ability to facilitate communication with staff and tourist customers. Fixed-term discontinuous contract, full-time schedule, working hours from Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00–16:00 and 19:00–23:00. Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations. Manage staff, organize work schedules, and resolve operational issues. Maintain service quality and efficiency as well as customer service standards. Monitor budget, expenses, and restaurant profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory.
