MANDATORY: 2 years of experience, qualification as a technician in restaurant services, basic English language skills to work in multicultural environments, understanding of Turkish cuisine, and ability to facilitate communication with staff and tourist customers. Fixed-term discontinuous contract, full-time schedule, working hours from Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00–16:00 and 19:00–23:00. Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations. Manage staff, organize work schedules, and resolve operational issues. Maintain service quality and efficiency as well as customer service standards.
