An established company in the services sector requires a Cleaning Services Manager to manage its client portfolio in the Girona area. The selected professional will be responsible for the operational management and supervision of our facilities, located both in Girona city and distributed throughout the province, requiring a dynamic profile with high geographical mobility within the region. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision and Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on services delivered across assigned facilities. * Team and Personnel Management: Coordinate work teams, manage schedules and absenteeism, and handle hiring for replacements or new positions. * Operational Organization: Plan and supervise the launch of new services and extraordinary assignments. * Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact with clients to ensure agile incident resolution and service excellence. * Management Control: Manage material procurement orders. **Requirements** * Class B driver's license (mandatory) and full availability to regularly travel between facilities in Girona city and the province. * Availability: Flexible working hours adapted to the operational needs of the service. **Benefits and Conditions** * Company vehicle * Flexible working hours for self-managing routes and shifts. * Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience License/Certification: * Class B driver's license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
