We are seeking to hire an Events Coordinator for our 4\* hotel in Lloret de Mar, Girona. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be with us? * You will manage the comprehensive planning and organization of events (corporate, social, cultural, etc.). * You will coordinate suppliers (catering, audiovisuals, venues, transportation, etc.). * You will manage budgets and cost control. * You will attend to and advise clients before, during, and after the event. * You will supervise events on-site and resolve any potential incidents. * You will evaluate event outcomes upon completion.
