We are recruiting a Technical Director with an exceptional balance of technical expertise, commercial capability, and leadership. About the role The selected candidate will assume a key role in the company’s technical and commercial evolution. They will be responsible for ensuring excellence across the entire project lifecycle—from design through execution—as well as driving relationships with strategic clients and business growth. Your responsibilities will include: \- Leading the technical department by providing judgment, vision, and decision-making capability. \- Ensuring top-tier designs, calculations, proposals, and executions. \- Serving as the internal reference for regulations, technologies, and HVAC solutions. \- Driving technical-commercial activities, strengthening client relationships, and participating in the development of competitive proposals. \- Identifying opportunities and developing long-term commercial relationships. \- Supervising key projects and integrated solutions. \- Improving processes, methodologies, and technical standards. \- Coordinating suppliers and collaborators to ensure optimal outcomes. ### **Requirements** \- Residence near Granollers \- Experience in HVAC and installations \- Over 20 years of experience in HVAC or related sectors (engineering, design, technical management). \- In-depth technical knowledge and solid engineering judgment. \- Outstanding commercial skills: stakeholder engagement, solution advocacy, and closing high-level projects. \- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. \- Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and capable of innovation. \- Versatile, solution-oriented profile comfortable within medium-sized, growing organizations. ### **What We Offer** Fixed \+ Variable \+ Company Vehicle Compensation package: €40/45 fixed \+ Variable
