Responsabilidades: * **Support Store Operations** Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. * **Team Leadership \& Training** Supervise, motivate, and train sales associates to achieve high performance and excellent customer service. * **Sales Performance Management** Monitor KPIs, drive sales targets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. * **Customer Experience Excellence** Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience aligned with the brand’s image and standards. * **Visual Merchandising Execution** Maintain store presentation according to brand guidelines, ensuring attractive and effective product displays. * **Inventory \& Stock Control** Manage stock levels, oversee replenishment, and prevent loss through proper inventory procedures. * **Administrative \& Reporting Duties** Handle scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
