The role involves full responsibility for the store’s operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and leading the team effectively. Responsabilidades: **Key Responsibilities:*** Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a positive and results\-driven work environment. * Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. * Ensure excellent customer service standards and product presentation. * Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling. * Monitor sales performance and implement continuous improvement strategies. * Collaborate with headquarters to execute promotional campaigns and pricing policies. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards. * Manage reporting and communication with senior management. Requisitos: **Requirements:*** Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury fashion retail. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Customer\-oriented with a strong drive for results. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus. * Excellent organizational and analytical skills. * Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
