




Administrative staff is sought for the commercial department, focused on logistics, for a prominent company in Fornells de la Selva, Girona. Responsibilities include general administrative management, such as handling emails and phone calls, as well as efficient coordination of internal logistics. The candidate will also be responsible for assigning daily pickups of mobile medical supplies, optimizing routes and coordinating with clients. Client budget requests will be prepared and followed up, and service-related incidents will be managed and resolved. Additionally, the role requires coordination and scheduling of meetings and events, providing support to commercial coordination and overall logistics. Files and documents will be maintained and organized, collaboration with other departments will ensure information consistency and process efficiency, and reports and presentations will be prepared. Basic office operations will be managed, and the candidate will participate in specific projects. Working hours vary depending on the season, and the annual gross salary ranges approximately between 20,000 and 24,000 euros.
