




**FUNDACIÓ GALA\-SALVADOR DALÍ,** a recognized private cultural institution based in Figueres, dedicated to promoting, fostering, disseminating, enhancing, and protecting the artist's work, founded in 1983 by Salvador Dalí himself, is selecting through **Commonsense** a **HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR.** We are seeking a professional who wishes to commit to a versatile and challenging project and who is eager to develop their career within our organization. Reporting directly to the General Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading, implementing, and ensuring the achievement of HR objectives, policies, procedures, and methodologies across the organization. The main responsibilities include: * Define and execute the strategic HR plan and budget to ensure human capital development. * Implement the HR key performance indicator framework. * Define people management policies (organizational charts, job descriptions and evaluations), recruitment, contracting, training, development, occupational health and safety, and labor relations. * Identify, attract, and select external talent and support them throughout their internal growth process. * Develop policies that help build a team that enjoys their workplace, is committed to the organization, and highly capable of meeting growth challenges. * Ensure a positive work environment and communicate company values across all organizational levels. * Identify training needs and design specific training programs for departments or individuals. * Lead change processes to increase productivity and improve results. * Address employee questions and issues regarding organizational operations and their roles. * Implement HR management policies, compensation strategies, career development and succession plans. * Lead and manage the labor relations area. * Develop, implement, and coordinate internal communication plans and maintain the whistleblowing channel. * Promote positive internal management practices, safeguard the organization’s favorable image, and drive external CSR initiatives. * Prepare HR analyses and reports. **What we offer...** * A stable and future-oriented professional opportunity within an established and prestigious cultural institution. * Open and negotiable compensation based on experience and value brought. **What we ask from you...** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, and complementary Master’s degree in Human Resources. * Experience in talent acquisition, selection, training, and retention. * Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques for training and personal development. * Knowledge of compensation and benefits policies, organizational structure, and labor relations. * We seek a person passionate about people management, capable of teamwork, proactive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic vision, results orientation, and strong interpersonal abilities
