DESCRIPTION **The Need** A metal sector company—specifically manufacturing welded mechanical structures—located in Banyoles requires a **Quality Technician**, reporting to the Technical Department, whose mission is to monitor the quality of materials, processes, and final products, ensuring compliance with established specifications and contributing to the continuous improvement of the production plant. Main Responsibilities: * In-process verification and control of factory production. * Verification and control of incoming materials from suppliers. * Development of inspection guidelines in collaboration with the technical department. * Handling of non-conformities on-site (recording, tracking, and resolution). * Handling of supplier-related non-conformities. * Release of shipment batches. **The Profile** We are looking for a candidate with minimum relevant experience and/or knowledge in product and process quality, possessing ambition to grow and integrate into a stable project. **Requirements:** * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent. * Catalan, Spanish, and English (an asset). * Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a similar or related position. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Proficiency in office software. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings. * Knowledge of materials. * Knowledge of welding. * Knowledge of assembly. * Knowledge of surface finishes. **We Offer:** * Salary between 27K and 30K. * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Opportunity to join a stable and forward-looking corporate group.
