Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook (buffet & showcooking) / Station Chef to prepare and arrange buffet items, perform showcooking, and maintain quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. An international hotel chain is looking for a **Cook (buffet \& showcooking) / Station Chef** for the season in the French Alps (06/22/2026–10/31/2026, 132 days). **Terms:** Full-time position; 1.5 days off per week; possibility of paid overtime. Accommodation, meals, and resort facility access included. Employer arranges and covers travel costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and arrange buffet items prior to service. * Perform showcooking tasks, finishing dishes in front of customers. * Work rotating shifts covering two services, managing the assigned station. * Maintain the resort’s quality and food safety standards. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience; team management experience preferred.
