The trainee will provide administrative support to the technical product department, collaborating in the following tasks: * **Managing and uploading products and technical information on the website** Support in loading, updating, and reviewing technical sheets, descriptions, and product documentation on the website to ensure accuracy and consistency of information. * **Management and maintenance of databases** Collaborate in organizing, updating, and controlling databases of products, materials, and components. * **Support in cost control and data analysis** Assist in collecting and analyzing information related to product costs, price lists, and preparation of control reports. * **Transfer of technical information to other departments** Facilitate communication and transfer of relevant technical information between the technical product department and other internal teams (marketing, procurement, sales, etc.). * **General administrative tasks** Collaborate in administrative tasks specific to the department (filing, document tracking, support in organizing meetings, etc.). **Required ongoing studies:** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration, Administrative Management, or related university studies. **Training the trainee will acquire:** * Practical experience in administrative and support tasks within a technical environment. * Knowledge in database management and internal product processes. * Cross-functional understanding of communication and collaboration among different company departments. * Improvement of organizational and methodological skills within a dynamic company in the Retail and furniture sector.
