The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing commercial policies, managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and consolidating client relationships. Key responsibilities include formulating the commercial strategy, analyzing market and competition, supervising sales performance, defining pricing and margin policies, coordinating with production, logistics and finance departments, participating in new product development, and ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulations. Requirements * Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, International Trade or equivalent studies. English C1 (CAE) * Preferred: \- Experience in the meat industry. + Certifications in sales, marketing or commercial management. + Knowledge of the KAIS software. + Negotiation skills and results orientation. + Experience in business development and opening new markets. * Required: \- Experience in a commercial leadership position. + Leadership and team management capabilities. + Knowledge of market analysis and commercial planning. + Communication, negotiation and decision-making skills. + Client and results orientation. * Essential: \- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, International Trade or equivalent. + Experience as commercial manager or commercial director. + Experience managing sales teams. + Analytical ability, strategic planning skills and goal orientation. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Additional requirements: \- Experience in the meat industry is preferred. + English level C1 (CAE). + Knowledge of the KAIS software. + Availability for travel according to commercial needs. + Proactive individual with initiative, leadership capacity and strategic vision.
