We are looking for a **Digital** **Project Manager** to join our Digital Product team at our headquarters in Sils. Your mission is to lead and coordinate digital initiatives, acting as the bridge between business and technology—identifying, prioritizing, and executing key projects within your domain. Additionally, you must ensure every initiative aligns with strategic objectives and delivers real value to both the company and its users—driving effective decision-making, cross-team collaboration, and a results-oriented focus. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate strategic projects within the business domain. * Collaborate with business teams on prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and planning. * Coordinate development and implementation of solutions with the Tech team and other business teams. * Manage communication and expectations of key stakeholders, providing periodic updates on progress, risks, and mitigation measures. * Promote continuous improvement and optimization of area processes, AI usage, and implementation of best practices. * Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to deadlines and allocated costs. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field. * Minimum 7 years’ experience managing complex end\-to\-end projects, ideally with cross-organizational impact. * Leadership skills, prioritization ability, capacity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and problem-solving capability. * High autonomy, ownership, and ability to make sound decisions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and results-oriented skills. * Ability to work with diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-growing, and transformative environment. * Data orientation and ability to design metrics, KPIs, and experiments. * Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2\) are highly valued. **What do we offer?** * Join a company transforming the world of furniture and home décor! * Be part of an ambitious project with significant opportunities for development and professional growth. * Enjoy a unique workspace featuring new, open-plan, and sustainable offices. * Fresh fruit available each morning.
