At Mas Moner, we are looking for a gerocultor/a — a person who wishes to join our team. This is a permanent staff position. What will you do?? As a Gerocultora, you will participate in the daily lives of residents, providing them with close, respectful, and needs-centered care. * Minimum 1 month of experience working with elderly people * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION (FP) * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time work schedule * Other relevant details: A responsible person with the ability to work effectively in a team. We seek someone available to work rotating 12-hour shifts per day, distributed across short weeks and long weeks, with established rest periods. Salary according to collective agreement \+ weekend allowances \+ holiday allowances.
