We want to hire a person who, under the guidance, training, and support of the current owner, can gradually take on the responsibility of managing the nursery. Main responsibilities: • Learn and progressively assume full management of the nursery (organization, crops, orders, customers, and suppliers). • Coordinate and supervise the team of workers. • Plan and organize production and maintenance tasks. • Quality control of conifer and shrub crops, as well as other ornamental plants. • Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, both technically and organizationally. Previous experience preferred, not essential * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Medium) * Skills / knowledge: Desired profile: • Motivated, responsible person with enthusiasm for building a future in the sector. • Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Prior experience in the field and/or technical training (agronomists, forestry, agricultural vocational training).
