Focus on failure prevention and continuous improvement Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial facilities and machinery in Santa Maria de Palautordera, ensuring their continuous and safe operation. Attention to detail and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems are required. Work is carried out in teams, coordinating interventions and sharing information regarding equipment status. Candidates must possess technical education (Vocational Training Certificate in Mechanics, Electricity, or equivalent) and at least two years of experience in industrial maintenance. Efficient diagnostic ability, autonomy in task management, and flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts according to operational needs are essential. This position contributes to operational efficiency and workplace safety. It includes technical documentation, adherence to maintenance schedules, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. The focus is on failure prevention to reduce costs and support productivity, within the framework of applicable collective agreements. Vocational Training Certificate in Mechanics, Electricity, HVAC Systems, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related fields. Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and HVAC systems. Ability to work both in teams and independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends if required.
