They will join the Customer Support and Service Area. Main responsibilities: * Assisting customers with service migrations * Supporting service deployments * Helping diagnose customer issues, identifying root causes and resolving problems * Assisting customers with the use of SW Hosting services and tools * Helping customers resolve doubts and providing technical support on service-related inquiries Responsibilities * 24x7 first-level support * Management of internal and third-party systems * Resolution of standardized incidents and service requests * Performing monthly audits and updates * Communicating to customers the resolution of inquiries, incidents, and service requests * Incident detection (monitoring) * Execution of internal and customer procedures upon request * Creation and maintenance of documentation for SW Hosting, SW Panel, available to customers and other company users * Daily review of previous manual or automated operations to detect errors or potential errors, aiming for continuous operational improvement Requirements * Preferably from Girona or surrounding areas * Experience in server configuration, diagnosis and hardware-level setup * Experience managing critical and high-availability systems based on Linux, Windows, Citrix environments * Knowledge of networks, including configuration, management, administration and deployment * Fluent written and spoken Spanish, Catalan, and English.
