**What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and distributing assembly-related tasks for our products, leading a team of technicians. This is a dynamic position with a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with customers and engineering teams.
**Responsibilities**
* Management, planning, control, and development of the team of assembly technicians under your supervision.
* Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Direction, analysis, monitoring of construction works and assembly results, and control of performance indicators.
* Reporting on billing milestone achievements and collaboration in collections management.
* Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies.
* Delivery of installed units to customers or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards.
* Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan.
* Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations.

Do you have a structured way of working, accustomed to the digital world, and thus able to independently manage your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing your tasks quickly and successfully?
Additionally, you meet the following requirements:
* University degree in Engineering or Architecture.
* Ability to plan, coordinate, communicate, motivate, and lead teams.
* Prior experience in technical areas and people management is valued positively—ideally 2 to 3 years.
