




**HR Support Technician for Service Management** *For a stable full-time (100%) position* **Mission Description:** Ensure the correct implementation of personnel policies established by the Human Resources Directorate at the assigned workplace and/or territory, supporting the centre’s management to contribute to achieving the service’s objectives. **Job Objectives Related to Assigned Centres/Territories:** Regarding the HR Department: * Thorough knowledge of the applicable collective agreement. * Communicate relevant and strategic HR management information and policies to centres/services, supporting and assisting the centre/service management in integrating them to improve final outcomes related to quality of user care and help achieve the centre/service objectives. * Act as an agent facilitating change and continuous improvement. * Review work calendars, working hours, and shifts to ensure compliance with labour legislation. * Keep job descriptions up to date. * Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring staff retention and development, in collaboration with centre management. * Get to know all staff members of the centre to support talent development and prevent staff turnover. * Implement improvements in substitute planning to reduce turnover rates and enhance staff retention, minimising personnel rotation as much as possible. * Guarantee implementation of the onboarding plan and monitoring of new hires. * Ensure follow-up of probation periods, performance improvement plans, and annual performance evaluations. * Promote the onboarding of students on internships and volunteers. * Conduct exit interviews with employees who voluntarily decide to leave the organisation. * Facilitate coordination of training activities of any type or area. * Facilitate implementation and integration of occupational health and safety regulations. * Propose monitoring indicators and ensure their tracking. **Education:** * Preferably Bachelor’s/Diploma/Degree in Labour Sciences or Labour Relations; Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration; Degree in Administration and Finance; or Psychology. **Experience:** * Experience in people management within residential settings is valued. * Experience in shift and schedule management will be considered favourably. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of recruitment, employee development, and organisational development. * Knowledge of administrative management and budget monitoring. * Knowledge of labour relations is desirable. * Proficiency in standard computer software: Word and Excel. * Fluent written and spoken Catalan and Spanish. * Knowledge of Teamtailor and Integrho is desirable. **Competency-Based Skills:** * Communication * Autonomy * Innovation and continuous improvement * Planning * Analysis and problem-solving * Teamwork **Other Requirements:** * Knowledge of Teamtailor and Integrho is desirable. * Prior experience working in an HR department handling personnel recruitment and/or other labour-related tasks is highly valued. * Availability to travel across various services within the province. * Full proficiency in spoken and written Catalan is essential. * Proficiency in standard office software and Web 2.0 tools. * Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle required. **Offered:** 1 stable position **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00, plus one afternoon per week **Job Category:** Lilac Technician – Labour Agreement **Salary:** €1,681.05 gross monthly (14 payments per year) **Start Date:** Immediate The **flexible remuneration scheme** helps you maximise your salary by reducing taxes on everyday expenses: * Daycare * Training * Restaurants * Public transport * Health insurance
