Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced youth dynamizer to create communication strategies, manage social media, develop content, and implement youth projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation of communication strategies for young people 2. Social media management and content development 3. Development of youth projects and activities A substitute contract is offered until the position is permanently filled. \- Create communication strategies for young people. \- Manage social media. \- Develop content for the area’s website. \- Research youth-related information to develop content. \- Design and produce posters, layouts, etc. \- Manage email correspondence. \- Monitor social media and websites. \- Develop youth projects and activities. \- Conduct workshops on dynamics among young people. \- Write news items for the municipal bulletin. \- Propose and implement youth-oriented activities or projects of interest. \- Support the design of youth-led self-managed activities. \- Design, implement, and evaluate the dynamizers’ training course and pre-monitor training course. \- Organize and conduct outings and activities outside the municipality with minors under supervision. \- Provide counseling to young people on various topics (employment, health, education, etc.). \- Hold meetings with families and/or other professionals working with young people. \- Conduct hands-on and creative workshops to maintain engagement with young people (including purchasing materials and providing justification). \- Manage the Housing Office: identify resources, assist users, and promote related initiatives. \- Respond to specific risk situations by taking action and referring cases according to established protocols. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. \- Creating communication strategies for young people; managing social media; developing content for the area’s website; researching youth-related information to develop content; designing and producing posters, layouts, etc.; managing email correspondence; monitoring social media and websites; developing youth projects and activities; conducting workshops on dynamics among young people; writing news items for the municipal bulletin; proposing and implementing youth-oriented activities or projects of interest... * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: C1-level Catalan certification. Critical thinking, empathy, and extroversion required. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1844
