A leading company in the **precast concrete** sector is seeking to hire a **Tower Crane Operator**. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for operating the tower crane within the production process, ensuring safety, efficiency, and coordination with the rest of the team. Main Responsibilities: * Operation and control of the **tower crane**. * Loading, unloading, and moving prefabricated components. * Coordination with the production team and supervisors. * Basic inspection of the crane’s condition and reporting of any issues. * Compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations**. Requirements: * Valid official **tower crane operator license**. * Prior experience as a crane operator (experience in precast or industrial construction is desirable). * Knowledge of safety regulations applicable on construction sites or in industrial plants. * A responsible, organized individual with strong teamwork skills. * Residence in the province of Girona or surrounding areas is desirable.
