The selected candidate will primarily operate tower cranes within the production process, ensuring safety, efficiency, and coordination with the rest of the team. Main Responsibilities: * Operation and control of **tower cranes**. * Loading, unloading, and moving precast components. * Coordination with the production team and supervisors. * Basic inspection of crane condition and reporting of incidents. * Compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations**. Requirements: * Valid official **tower crane operator license**. * Prior experience as a crane operator (experience in precast or industrial construction is desirable). * Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to construction sites or industrial plants. * Responsible, organized individual with strong teamwork skills. * Residence in the province of Girona or surrounding areas is desirable.
