Job Summary: We are seeking an armed security guard to protect people, property, and facilities, ensuring compliance with security regulations and responding effectively to hazards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Protection of people, property, and facilities. 2. High level of responsibility and constant vigilance. 3. Management of dangerous situations and compliance with protocols. An armed security guard holding a valid weapons license is required to work in the Vallès Oriental area. The primary duty involves protecting people, property, and facilities, as well as ensuring adherence to site-specific security regulations. The incumbent must maintain constant presence and be prepared to respond appropriately to any issues or hazardous situations arising during their shift. Working hours are organized into twelve-hour rotating shifts, alternating between day and night shifts. Compensation follows the sector’s collective bargaining agreement, with a fixed monthly base salary. In addition, a special allowance is provided for the professional carrying and use of a firearm, as stipulated by the Private Security Act. This role demands a high level of responsibility, sustained attention, and a professional attitude. It is essential to remain alert at all times and strictly follow security protocols to prevent incidents and, if necessary, manage complex situations. Performing these duties effectively contributes to creating a safe and secure environment for the people and property under protection. Must hold a valid Professional Identification Card (TIP) for Security Guards. Must possess a current and up-to-date firearms license, including the most recent mandatory shooting exercise completed and duly certified.
