Contribute to a fun and enjoyable atmosphere across our hotel establishments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist the corporate animation manager in designing and developing the daily activity program. * Actively participate in executing games, contests, shows, and sports activities for adults and children. * Support the organization of themed events and parties. * Encourage guest participation in various leisure offerings. * Collaborate in preparing materials and resources required for activities. * Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, interacting in a friendly manner with guests. * Ensure a pleasant atmosphere and safety during activity implementation. * Clearly and enthusiastically communicate daily activities to guests. * Collaborate in managing sports and entertainment equipment. * Report incidents or suggestions to the animation manager. * Adapt activities to the needs and preferences of different guest profiles. * Contribute to creating an exceptional vacation atmosphere. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience as an animation assistant or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Knowledge and/or experience in organizing and animating leisure, sports, and entertainment activities. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Proactive, creative attitude with great energy. * Flexible working hours and availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Training in animation, tourism, physical education, or related fields will be valued. * Knowledge of foreign languages (English, German, French) is a significant advantage. * Passion for the hospitality and animation industries. * Ability to motivate and animate groups. * Basic knowledge of first aid (desirable). * Immediate availability.
