




The kitchen assistant collaborates with the kitchen team in food preparation, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the workspace, as well as performing other basic tasks necessary to ensure smooth service operations. This role is key to ensuring an efficient, safe, and clean kitchen. \+ Carry out the activities defined in the kitchen planning. \+ Handle, prepare, preserve, and process food according to technical specifications and instructions from the kitchen section head. \+ Take care of and follow instructions for the food, tools, and machinery used for each service. \+ Manage dispatches of finished products according to quality, quantity, and delivery sequence instructions. \+ Apply safety and hygiene regulations. \+ Maintain the workspace in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order. \+ Perform scheduled shifts as indicated by the calendar. \+ Monitor temperatures and food samples according to regulations. \+ Manage transportation of finished products to the end customer if necessary. \+ Report any food safety issues to the immediate supervisor. \+ Conduct controls to ensure proper preservation and maintenance of food and facilities. \+ Inform the immediate supervisor of any incidents or procedures requiring special handling. \+ Propose necessary improvement actions to enhance departmental activities. \+ Perform work following recommendations for good environmental practices (saving on consumption, raw materials, selective waste separation...). \+ Conduct controls for proper preservation and maintenance of facilities, as well as compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Manual guidelines. \+ Ensure optimal management of their area of responsibility, considering priorities and following procedures and protocols established by the immediate supervisor, keeping them informed of any incidents or procedures requiring special handling. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * completed primary education \- primary education * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Full-time
