We are currently seeking a **FACILITY MANAGER**, based at Kave Home’s headquarters in Sils. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring and managing the optimal operation of the group’s buildings and commercial premises. **Key Responsibilities:** * Guarantee and coordinate repair and maintenance activities, as well as installation and/or replacement of equipment across all locations. * Ensure work is completed on time, meeting expected quality and cost standards. * Evaluate performance of current suppliers, lead negotiations, and—where necessary—identify and manage new suppliers. * Serve as the expert in areas such as energy efficiency, HVAC, cleaning, waste management, and other maintenance topics. Research innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and performance of our centers and/or premises. * Lead, plan, and oversee execution of asset improvement and location optimization projects. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding construction and installations, guaranteeing adherence to industry-mandated inspections per market. * Create and maintain facility management plans aligned with store and other property requirements. * Balance scheduled and reactive work to ensure efficient operations. * Cost control and annual budget preparation. **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility Management, maintenance, or facilities management roles. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, supplier coordination, and incident tracking. * Experience in cost control, budget preparation, and budget monitoring. * Familiarity with technical and legal regulations applicable to installations, construction, and regulatory compliance. * Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. * Advanced English; additional languages are valued. * Organized, negotiation-capable, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to work autonomously. **What Do We Offer?** * Join a company transforming the world of furniture and decoration! * Be part of an ambitious project offering significant opportunities for professional development and growth. * Enjoy a unique workspace featuring new, open-plan, and sustainable offices. * Fresh fruit available each morning.
