Job Summary: Technical Engineer for Public Works responsible for drafting reports and projects, preparing annexes and performing technical calculations, with client and supplier interaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drafting of reports and projects for public works. 2. Preparation of annexes and performance of technical calculations. 3. Primarily office-based work and support for project management. **Description:** ---------------- Proman Spain’s Granollers office is currently seeking a Technical Engineer for Public Works for our client located in Les Franqueses del Vallès. Main responsibilities include: * Drafting of reports and projects for public works. * Preparation of annexes and performance of technical calculations. * Interaction with clients (primarily municipal councils) and suppliers. * Primarily office-based work and support for project management. * Use of technical software: CAD · PRESTO · TCQ · ISTRAM · GIS · OFFICE. Offer includes: * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00–14:00 and 16:00–18:00; Friday: 8:00–16:00. * Salary: according to experience. **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum requirements * Prior experience in a similar position. * Proactive, motivated individuals eager to contribute and join a dynamic team. * Attention to detail. * Experience in production, particularly in finishing and manual tasks. * Adaptability to change and to various work streams. * Dexterity and skill in assembling boxes and small components. Required qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Civil Engineering Projects and CFGS in Construction Works Organization and Control. * Fluency in Catalan (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Preferred qualifications: * Experience interacting with public administration. * Training and/or experience in BIM and Excel.
