We are currently seeking an INDUSTRIAL SUPERVISOR. * Responsibility for and supervision of timely and proper execution of scheduled preventive maintenance. * Supervision and management of incidents occurring during the shift. * Handling of incidents either by the team or directly, as required. * Recording, documentation, and tracking of incidents and preventive maintenance in the GMAO system. * Coordination and control of spare parts receipt and storage, as well as work execution. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Valid driver’s license. * Minimum education: Vocational Training Level II (FPII) in Electronics or Telecommunications. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position. * Demonstrable experience in team and subcontractor management. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Truck driving license (Category C). * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training, basic level (60 hours). * Experience using ticketing systems and TETRA systems in railway environments. * Experience with railway control systems and electronic systems. * Experience in structured cabling installation. * Working-at-heights certification.
