Dynamic environment with an expert team #### **What We Are Looking For?** We seek to hire an HSSE professional to drive the implementation and development of Finlight’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) Management System in alignment with corporate standards, providing support across all project phases—both during execution (EPC) and operation & maintenance (O&M). #### **Job Responsibilities** * HSSE (Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environment) Management: Implement, maintain, and improve the HSSE Management System, adapt shareholder requirements, develop and update HSSE policies and standards, and manage administrative and informational activities within the area. * Supervision of Construction Projects (EPC Phase): Supervise and ensure compliance with on-site safety and health requirements through document review, oversight of safety functions, preventive observations, and verification of the contractor’s emergency plan and drills. * Supervision of Operation & Maintenance (O&M): Conduct site visits and preventive observations, supervise contractors, and ensure proper implementation of the management system and the O&M Emergency Plan. * Legal Compliance in HSSE Matters: Maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge and collaborate with external Prevention Services for risk assessment and preventive planning. * Management and Supervision of Specialists: Hold meetings, monitor progress, and verify compliance with HSSE requirements. * Environmental Management: Supervise environmental compliance and proper waste management during execution and by contractors. #### **Essential Requirements** * Intermediate or Advanced Technical Qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational risk prevention roles within construction, renewable energy, industry, or Oil & Gas. * English proficiency at minimum B2 level. * In-depth knowledge of HSSE and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations, especially in construction, electricity, LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), and work at height. * Specific knowledge of PRL in construction and relevant regulations (e.g., R.D. 1627/97). * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. #### **Desirable Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Technical Architecture, or other related technical fields. * Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, effective communication, proactivity, and autonomy. #### **What We Offer?** * Permanent contract and job stability. * Competitive salary and performance-based incentive system. * Growth opportunities. * Flexible working hours and possibility of remote work. * Dynamic environment with an expert team. * Modern, well-connected offices. #### **Who Are We?** Finlight is a financing platform for the photovoltaic self-consumption sector, launched in 2022.
