The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * **20-hour workweek.** * **Schedule: mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.** * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * **Temporary contract from July 20 to August 31.** * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
