The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution, acting as the liaison between technical management, subcontractors, and the client. **Main Responsibilities** * **Planning and Control:** Develop and monitor the construction schedule (Microsoft Project/Primavera), ensuring compatibility among urban development phases and medium-voltage installations. * **Financial Management:** Cost control, preparation of monthly certifications, management of discrepancies, and optimization of the construction budget. * **Technical Execution:** Supervise WWTP construction (civil works and installations) and ensure electrical conduit installations comply with the utility provider’s regulations. * **Procurement and Subcontractor Management:** Coordinate with the engineering department to hire specialized hydraulic and electrical equipment contractors. **Health, Safety and Environment:** Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, with particular focus on confined-space work (WWTP) and electrical hazards. Requirements **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or Technical Architecture. * **Experience:** Demonstrable experience in urban development projects and, especially, in hydraulic infrastructure (WWTP) or service installations. * **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in **Presto**, **AutoCAD**, and scheduling software.
