You define us—you make SGS. **Job Description** We are seeking an Inspector to join our **Technical Control Organization (OCT)**, a specialized entity overseeing technical supervision of construction projects and building works for issuance of the Ten-Year Insurance. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing structural designs, monitoring construction progress, and issuing technical reports. As part of our team, your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing structural design documentation and geotechnical studies. * Analyzing technical documentation and verifying regulatory compliance. * Conducting technical supervision through periodic site visits. * Controlling material quality and construction processes. * Identifying and monitoring technical risks. * Issuing technical reports at critical project stages. **What We Offer** You will join a collaborative and professional work environment with growth and development opportunities in the construction sector. We value dedication and commitment and offer you the chance to become part of an expanding team. **Requirements** We especially value professionals with: * A degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related architecture disciplines. * Experience in structural engineering, technical control, or architectural management. * Knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). * Preferred qualifications: + Prior experience in OCTs or structural supervision. + Knowledge of building pathologies. + Experience in quality control.
